Effective: May 4, 2026 · MarketMaster v6.2.0
MarketMaster is a free research tool. It helps you compare prices across prediction markets, but it never places trades for you and can't guarantee that the data is correct. If you use it, the sections below are the ground rules. They're written in plain language, but they're still a binding agreement between you and the individual developer ("we," "us"). If they don't work for you, please uninstall the extension.
MarketMaster is a browser extension that pulls live data from prediction-market platforms (Kalshi, Polymarket, and, if you add a key, PredictionHunt) and displays analysis on top of it. Everything runs locally in your browser.
Nothing MarketMaster shows — prices, verdicts, edge scores, Kelly-sizing suggestions, arbitrage signals, trending rankings, news context, or any other output — is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. The developer is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, dealer, or commodity trading advisor, and the extension is not an offer to buy or sell any security, event contract, or derivative.
MarketMaster does not execute, facilitate, or custody trades. Every trading decision, and every trade, happens on the underlying third-party platform under that platform's own terms. MarketMaster only reads and analyzes — it never places orders.
MarketMaster is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer disclaims all warranties, including:
Market data may be stale, inaccurate, delayed, or incorrect due to third-party API failures, caching, rate limits, or bugs. The developer makes no representations about the reliability of any third-party data source.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the extension, including:
The developer's total cumulative liability under any theory (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) will not exceed USD $0 (zero dollars), reflecting that the extension is provided free of charge.
Prediction-market trading involves real risk, including the risk of total loss of the capital you commit. By using MarketMaster, you acknowledge that:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer from any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your use of the extension, (b) your trading activity on any platform, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.
MarketMaster relies on third-party APIs, including Kalshi, Polymarket, PredictionHunt, Google News, Buy Me a Coffee, and Chrome's extension infrastructure. The developer doesn't control these services and isn't responsible for their availability, accuracy, terms, or policies. Your use of Kalshi, Polymarket, and similar platforms is governed exclusively by their terms of service.
"Kalshi" is a trademark of Kalshi, Inc. "Polymarket" is a trademark of Polymarket. "PredictionHunt" is a trademark of its respective owner. MarketMaster is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. Trademarks are used nominally to describe compatibility.
The developer may update these Terms by publishing a new version inside the extension or on its distribution page. Continued use after changes means you accept them. The developer may discontinue the extension at any time, without notice or liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the extension will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action. You waive any right to a jury trial.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. The unenforceable provision will be replaced with an enforceable one that best matches the original intent.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the complete agreement between you and the developer regarding MarketMaster and replace any prior agreements.
